Ensure that all necessary surfaces testing of equipment is carried out before running in the hole.Several years being a rig manager and 11+ yrs in the oil and gas industry.I have been a driller all the way down to Floorhand. I was trained by some of the best men in the oilfield and I try to apply everything they taught me everyday
