ABOUT SHANE TANNER
I\'m an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who started recruitment life in agency for 6 years before transitioning to internal TA in 2018. My experience ranges from solely owning TA for a digital engineering start up, leading a team of technical recruiters at a high growth tech scale up and managing a resourcing team within the digital healthcare industry, all whilst remaining very much a hands on recruiter. I have predominantly recruited across tech, however do also have experience within head office / business functions and engineering domains.
