A 15 minute intake to define the role and the 2 to 3 capabilities that actually matter. A written brief within 24 hours based on real market data. Three vetted candidates in 72 hours, each with a resume, a short Loom, and my take on fit. I stay involved through interviews, offer, and the first 90 days.Over the past year, I have placed Heads of Growth, Chiefs of Staff, FP and A Leads, RevOps Managers, Product Managers, and Executive Assistants across VC backed and bootstrapped teams.I focus on depth over volume. I run around 25 to 30 roles at a time, so I can read every profile, track operators over time, and give founders a clear yes or no on whether someone is truly the right hire.
