I currently own and co-own two companies. Stanford Consultants offers planning support, planning management, and a whole host of other skills you can read more about below. This is my personal consultancy where you can employ me directly to support your business.CPMP is a consultancy business managed by three directors that has a team of 18 planners, who have a huge range of experience and capabilities. These planners are strategically placed on your team to support your projects and your business as and when you need them. Our Clients normally employ us for one or two reasons. 1) They need a planner for 2-3 times per month for monthly updates and delay issues.2) They need a strong team of people to complete a task quickly. So they outsource it to us.Some companies can\'t afford a planner full-time or have the budget for expensive software licenses, pensions, paid holidays, and company vehicles, let alone the worries of IR35. So we provide a planner with the software and hardware they need to support your business without the additional costs and liabilities. We can provide a single planner for one day per month, to 18 planners full-time. If you have one-off tasks, we can do that too, whether it be building a tender programme, or setting up a whole PMO system, or even setting up P6 software and databases. We have a huge network, so if we don\'t know how, we\'ll know someone who does.About me and my experienceAs an experienced project planner and tender planner with a strong background in the civil engineering industry, I am well-equipped to help companies with their project planning and delay analysis needs. With my Six Sigma Black Belt certification, I have a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and reducing waste, making me well-suited to tackle complex projects and drive results.I am highly skilled in a variety of project planning tools, including Primavera P6, Synchro 4D planning, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project. These tools allow me to create detailed project schedules, track progress, and identify potential risks and delays. I also have a deep understanding of delay analysis techniques and can provide insights into the root cause of delays, helping companies to minimize the impact of any disruptions.My broad range of experience in various civil engineering projects, including tunnelling and shafts, water & waste treatment works, road construction, and school construction makes me an ideal candidate for companies looking for project planning, planning management, and tender planning.
