Develop and implement reimbursement strategies and initiatives to obtain positive health plan coverage and contracting decisions for the company’s diagnostic products with Regional and National Accounts. Provide strategic and tactical leadership and execution for reimbursement, coverage, and contracting related activities with organizations, Commercial & Government payers to establish value-based reimbursement for Decipher’s portfolio. Development and execution of Decipher’s market access and payer strategies for Decipher diagnostic testing services, and pipeline of new diagnostic products to be commercialized in the US, including but not limited to:o Development and execution managed care strategic plans for Regional and National Commercial and Medicare Advantage Payers optimizing payer acceptance and reimbursement of Decipher offerings.o Negotiates and re-negotiates managed care agreements aligned with overall reimbursement strategy.o Develop and execute payer engagement and softening initiatives to enhance policy review and contracting leverage for targeted payers.o Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Regional and National managed care organizations as necessary to optimize engagement and favorable reimbursement outcomes.o Presents selected performance to payers in an effort to demonstrate Decipher’s value to the payer and to stimulate the revision of coverage policy and network status.o Provides managed care related training cross-functional personnel to enhance their understanding and ability to set expectations with ordering providers and their support staff.o Establishes payer strategy to result in positive coverage policy determinations for key Regional and National payers.
