Shane Skinner, CPA, is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive leader, and finance expert with a track record of founding and scaling successful ventures across technology, sports, and consumer brands.He was the Founder, Chair, and CEO of Record360, a global leader in mobile digital forms technology, serving Fortune 500 clients such as Amazon, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Caterpillar, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Under his leadership, the company was acquired by private equity firm Alpine Software Group (AlpineSG) in 2018.Skinner also founded and led the Seattle Seawolves, a Major League Rugby franchise that launched in 2018 with games broadcast nationally on CBS Sports Network, Fox Sports, and ESPN. He successfully sold the team to a Seattle-based investor group in 2021. As CEO of both organizations, he oversaw enterprise and SMB sales, marketing, fundraising, event management, finance, accounting, and broader operations.Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Skinner spent 16 years with Enterprise Holdings in various financial leadership roles across the U.S. and U.K. He has since held senior executive positions including CFO at high-growth startups and established brands such as Pairtree, Fonte Coffee Roasters, and See Kai Run, where he managed financial, operational, and administrative functions for businesses ranging from pre-revenue to $500 million in revenue. His responsibilities extended to human resources, recruiting, risk management, and government affairs.Most recently, Skinner served as CEO of an AI initiative at Pioneer Square Labs, a startup studio, completing the project in January 2025. He has also taught Information Systems as an adjunct professor at Seattle University’s Albers School of Business and Economics.A Certified Public Accountant, Skinner holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Accountancy from York College of Pennsylvania, which honored him with its 2015 Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award. In 2016, he was named one of Seattle’s Top 10 Startup Founders Over 40 by Tech.co. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Washington and lives in Seattle, Washington.
