I’m a senior data-center operations leader with 20 years in mission-critical environments across hyperscale, enterprise, and defense. I focus on operational rigor, risk reduction, and team development to sustain 100% uptime across large, multi-building campuses.At Meta, I direct operations and modernization for two data centers (60 MW) and a 150 MW campus substation, led Day-1 readiness for a new 90 MW greenfield build, and launched a Building Health Program to cut corrective maintenance backlog. I piloted a Regional Campus Management & Control Center that consolidated operations to a single-operator model across an 8-building, 240 MW site—returning 300+ technician hours to the field each month—and developed regional human-error prevention metrics adopted by multiple campuses.Previously at Wells Fargo, I partnered with the Uptime Institute to deliver Management & Operations certifications across eight data centers and advised modernization toward Tier alignment.
