Coach, develop and mentor direct and indirect team members. Foster a spirit of teamwork, collaboration and unity among all departments. Assist with setting individual team members annuals goals. Engage and manage suppliers and contractors to ensure that all required services are being performed in accordance with service level agreements. Oversee property administration and legal matters pertaining to portfolio. Collaborate with Technical Services team on execution of preventative maintenance program. Support Technical Services and Development teams in execution of repositioning projects, base building capital projects, energy retrofits, landlord’s work, and tenant leasehold improvements. Support Energy Management team to achieve corporate ESG targets. Ensure compliance with all national, provincial, and municipal legislation, regulations and codes, including health and safety, and environmental programs. Provide strategic portfolio and property planning, including leading the preparation of Asset Plans and Annual Property Budgets. Identify and prepare cash flow analysis of value creation opportunities within the portfolio. Make recommendations regarding leasing strategies, property operations and capital improvements in respect of each property and support or execute as required.Support the acquisition, development, and disposition of properties, actively participate in the due diligence process, and oversee the transition of new assets into the portfolio and implementation of underwriting plans.Implement and manage risk mitigation strategies for the portfolio. Lead inter-departmental monthly financial reviews to ensure timely delivery of results and the advancement of key strategic priorities. Deliver results in accordance with the annual operating and capital budget to maximize portfolio NOI, FFO, AFFO and NAV.Provide input on the appraisal of all assets within portfolio. Forecast and monitor all financial and non-financial metrics.
