As the UK Head of Delivery for Spyrosoft, a global technology services company, I lead a team of skilled Project Managers, Scrum Masters/Delivery Managers, and Engineers. At Spyrosoft, we work with clients of all sizes to deliver technology and projects on time and on budget. Our areas of expertise include software development, team extension/augmentation, UX/UI/Digital Product Design, Business Analysis and Project Management. My role encompasses a diverse range of functions, including Line Management, Pre-sales/Business Development, Project Management, Account Management and Agile Consultancy.
