For the past 13 years I was working with Newfold Digital (Register.com, web.com, networksolutions.com) with numerous roles. I was an outbound renewals specialist where I was responsible for contacting our existing clients to ensure that they have everything they need to be successful online.I then moved into our corporate trainer role where I was responsible for running training programs teaching people everything that they need to know about websites, online marketing and keeping their business online) including e-commerce, ssl certificates, web hosting. Five years ago I moved back into a sales role where I was working with our clients as a chat team member. Helping our small business owners with all things digital. Including domain renewals, troubleshooting, small business consultancy and the like. With changes in the business I now find myself looking for a new opportunity. I am looking for a role which will allow me to use some of my transferrable skills to help either a businesses clients succeed, or to help launch their own.
