This role is a combination of Project Management, Business Analyst, Data Transformation and Testing supported by a programmer to deliver fast and effective change and solutions for TE clients and internal processes. The core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:• Process implementation including evaluating the various options available to automate and improve existing manual processes. This will involve the following:o Determining the impact on department workflowso Cost benefit analysiso The implications in relation to audit and controlso Providing written recommendations in respect of any proposed automationo Produce high quality requirement documentation for internal or external developer/programmer to build internal and external solutionso Building and running project plans for agreed process changes including building new automated solutionso Process and systems testingo Documenting new procedureso Implementing the new functions/processeso Training staff on new functionality/processesManage the take-on of new business including:o Participate and assist with writing client proposalso Attending meetings on operational aspects of the proposal negotiationso Complete and manage a take-on project plano Meet with the client, trustees, fund managers and any related party to the transitiono Conduct regular meetings to ensure project is on tracko Complete the Summary of Services Schedules for the Service Level Agreementso Physical transfer of businesso Take-on into Custodial and Accounting systemso Set up and testing of unit pricing and / or valuation modelso Document new procedures in relation to the take-ono Train staff in new procedureso Help establish a working relationship with the client to hand over to the operational teams.
