I am a strategic and hands‑on finance leader with 15+ years’ experience across publicly listed and private‑equity environments, specialising in high‑growth SaaS, multi‑region operations, and value‑creation. My career has centred on building scalable financial infrastructure, driving performance management, and partnering with Boards and investors to deliver EBITDA expansion and exit‑ready discipline.Most recently, I’ve led FP & A across a €100m ARR SaaS business, then taken on full Director level responsibility for the DACH region, accountable for forecasting, commercial performance, treasury, tax, audit, and statutory compliance. I’ve delivered investor‑grade reporting, implemented BI and automation tools (including Vena, Power BI, NetSuite), and built reporting and forecasting tools that improve predictability, transparency, and decision‑making.I have deep experience in PE governance, including FDD/QoE support, data room preparation, investor models, M&A pipeline work, and integration planning.
