I help organizations listen to their people and act on what they hear.I’m an organizational psychologist, researcher, and consultant with over a decade of experience designing employee listening strategies, shaping engagement programs, and guiding leaders through workforce analytics and insights. My passion is turning employee data into real-world decisions that improve performance, retention, and culture.Throughout my career, I’ve built large-scale surveys, developed research-backed methodologies, analyzed people data across the employee lifecycle, and worked cross-functionally to help organizations elevate the employee experience from onboarding to exit. Whether coaching executives, analyzing survey results, or shaping thought leadership, I aim to make work more human and high-performing.My areas of expertise include employee engagement, performance feedback, recognition, leadership development, selection, research design, and program evaluation.
