   Temple Health – Temple University Health System

   Jan 2016 — Present

   Direct control of facilities management and engineering functions for Temple University Hospital, Jeanes Hospital and Fox Chase Cancer Center, including planning, design, construction, operations, maintenance, disposal of plant facilities and equipment, loss prevention management, administrative responsibility for Life Safety, Statement of Conditions, Environment of Care and Biomedical Engineering programs at the Health System level and Space and Asset Management, Safety and Security and Parking Services at TUH. Projects Managed include completion of $20 Million New Garage Build,$3 million Steam Line replacement project,$2.5 million Out-patient Pharmacy,$3 Million MRI Replacement,$4 million New Neuro BiPlane Room;$2.5 million Sterile Processing Department Upgrade. Projects currently in Design are $6 Million ED Renovation,$5 million Radiology Masterplan,$4 million New SPECT and PET/CT rooms
