I\'ve led teams responsible for safeguarding sensitive information, managing operational risk, and executing complex domestic and multinational missions.Most recently, I designed and deployed a secure Power BI analytics dashboard for an Army recruiting command, integrating data from 15+ authoritative systems to inform critical decision-making for senior leadership. I implemented role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege to protect SPII/PHI across 50+ distributed sites, resulting in zero data incidents.

   As an Operations Officer for the Baton Rouge Recruiting Battalion, I led cross-functional teams of Soldiers and civilian staff in both short-term and long-term planning efforts in support of all Army Recruiting operations across Louisiana, Mississippi, and southwest Tennessee. Moving into a role responsible for such a large geographic area, I saw the potential of rich data analysis in enhancing command awareness. I learned how to use Power BI and designed an enterprise dashboard integrating data from 15+ authoritative systems to provide critical insights and empower risk-aware decision-making for senior leadership. I maintained strict role-based access controls and other data protection measures in compliance with HIPAA, the Privacy Act, and other relevant regulations.
