ABOUT SHANE LEWIS

With over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, I am a passionate and dedicated Regional Safety Advisor at Safety Management Group, a leading provider of safety consulting and training services. I hold an OSHA 510 certification in the 1926 construction standard, and I have extensive knowledge and skills in workplace safety, industrial safety, and supervisory skills. I work with various clients and projects, ensuring that safety policies and procedures are implemented and followed, conducting safety audits and inspections, and providing safety training and coaching to workers and managers. I also contribute to the development and improvement of safety programs and initiatives, and I collaborate with other safety professionals and stakeholders to foster a safety culture and compliance. Prior to joining Safety Management Group, I was a health and safety specialist at Haley & Aldrich, a consulting firm that offers engineering and environmental solutions. There, I performed similar duties and responsibilities, as well as supported the incident investigation and reporting process. Before that, I was a journeyman at Carpenters Union Local 650, where I gained hands-on experience and skills in carpentry and construction. My mission is to protect the health and well-being of workers and the environment, and to promote a safe and productive work environment. I value teamwork, integrity, and excellence, and I strive to learn and grow as a safety professional.
