My aim is simple; to drive improvement, standardisation and change across our business. An evangelical for business improvement, my role is to drive process change and streamlining of the business. Using an objective, data focussed approach, my job is to contextualise and understand the data and then use it to develop plans, projects and processes to drive change and improvement in the business. A strong believer in a data first approach and an evangelical for standardisation and continuous improvement, my focus is on maximising the profitability of Next Phase by understanding the information, developing process changes from the data, implementing those changes and then reporting on their success. This allows for a full scope of project management within the business analyst function, being accountable to the key stakeholders in the business. A CRM and data SME in Next Phase, I\'m also in charge of technological change and supporting our user base in becoming proficient and expert users of our business technology.
