Background: Shane Hill brings over 20 years in specialized staffing experience. Of these 16 years, have been specifically focused in the Professional Services and Accounting and Finance arena, where his experience covers every level in the continuum, from Accounting Operations to Senior Management and Engineering.Shane most recent positions were Senior Vice President at Hudson and Forefront Staffing. Previously, he was the President of an Accounting and Finance Search Firm for two years. Earlier, Shane served as Regional Vice President at Robert Half International, where he started as an Area Manager and moved into a series of senior management roles, lastly being promoted to Regional Vice President. As Regional Vice President, he was responsible for achieving revenue and profitability goals, increasing market share, developing and mentoring top performers. Prior to that, he was the owner of an Accounting and Finance Contingency Search Firm located throughout the mid-west.During his career, Shane has been particularly concerned with focused on training, education and development that will increase employee performance, and client satisfaction. He holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma.
