My relationship with Omni Advertising started back in 2014. Being just the third employee of our digital department at the time, I helped pave the way to our department\'s growth over the next few years working with some amazing individuals. As our agency grew, so did I. Currently, I operate as the Director of Digital Operations in the Omni family.I play a vital role in making sure all of our digital campaigns run smoothly each month. In addition, I work directly with our account teams and clients to ensure our digital strategies are effective and efficient. I enjoy being the go-to person to make sure we\'re achieving our goals and embracing the challenges that come along the way. While there is no such thing as a \"typical day\" in my role, some of my responsibilities include:• Communication between clients, vendors and the agency• Oversee projects and campaigns to make sure all needs are fulfilled and deadlines are met• Strategic campaign planning and buying for digital platforms including paid and organic social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, X), programmatic media (CTV, Audio, Display), SEM (Google, Bing), SEO, YouTube, Google Business Profile, email, and website content• Traffic management for digital campaigns via Google Campaign Manager and other native platforms• Research data-driven strategies for digital campaigns • Comprehensive budgeting and reporting via Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio dashboards• Pixel implementation and tracking via Google Tag Manager• Evaluating future products and implementation • Help manage and mentor our digital team membersTL;DR: I wear many hats but I enjoy the challenge of providing consistent results for our clients.
