Operate and Manage a 550k gpd 4 individual SBR Leachate Facility. Perform daily detailed lab testing for process adjustment. Build client relations and speak with customers daily to arrange and schedule liquid waste to the Landfill bio-reactor. Perform and schedule maintenance projects around the Landfill and SBR plant. Pull samples and ensure effluent quality meets permit requirements. Work with a great team to keep safety a top priority. Perform daily research to find cheaper and more efficient ways to operate our facility. Within my first month with Waste Management, I was able to provide information regarding chemical addition to the plant that saved the company monthly and stopped the progression of an expensive expansion.
