With over 20 years of honorable service as a Navy SEAL, I have honed my skills in strategic leadership and operations management, thriving in high-pressure environments. My career has been defined by leading complex military projects, where adaptability and collaboration were paramount. I\'ve consistently driven innovation and empowered teams through decentralized decision-making and a culture of trust. In my role as Senior Operations Manager at Special Operations Command Africa, I directed cross-functional planning teams to ensure mission alignment across crisis management projects in Sudan, Niger, and Burkina Faso. My strategic insights have enhanced inter-agency collaboration with 27 foreign nations and 15 government agencies, improving efficiencies by over 20%.
