Representing Springfield and Hampden County, I\'m one of 60 passionate young leaders (ages 16–21) appointed in March 2024 to serve a two-year term advising the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and state administration.On this Council, I:Participate in subcommittees and working groups focused on pressing issues like civic engagement, education, climate, housing, mental health, and youth violence.Organize and lead quarterly listening sessions and collaborate with fellow members to develop research-backed recommendations.Provide direct input to Healey and Driscoll’s administration to shape policies impacting young people across Massachusetts.This leadership role offers firsthand experience engaging with the state budget and legislative processes—helping amplify youth perspectives at the highest level of government in the Commonwealth.
