In my role as Global Manager of Measurements and Customer Satisfaction, I am responsible for the launch and integration of key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction programs across 70 countries for the world’s largest education company. I coordinate projects that are involved in the consolidation of data from 13 disparate systems, specifically, moving this data into one data hub, a process that has empowered transparency, effective governance, accuracy, and efficiency. During my tenure, I have developed and introduced change-management process into new global entity, resulting in the reduction of wasted resources and an increase in stakeholder awareness and communication. In addition, I planned and facilitated the implementation of performance reporting, allowing Pearson to track and evaluate executive strategic initiatives and projects.
