   Execution of logistics operation for the newly introduced component assembly line within a Business Division that just was also newly converted to MACH 1 SAP resulting in first of its kind shipping of product from this organization. • Created multiple process flow maps which were used to discover and recover from process inefficiencies and quality hits. 25% improvement in quality PPM based off process flow map identified steps. • Completed an overhaul of factory truck fleet through data analytics, auditing, supplier collaboration and negotiation. o Reduced truck fleet by over 30%. Developed material put-away plan to support o Cost savings through reduction of fleet, lease negotiations, and fleet usage planning. o Scrutinized fleet monitoring system and resulted in 40% record accuracy improvement with expanded efficiency gaining crucial and timely records as it pertains to usage and safety. • Performed statistical analyses on data for Logistics department to report out to peers and leadership on Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
