About Shane Brown

My career started in health club sales, which turned out to be the best foundation I could have had for recruiting. I learned early how to build trust, have real conversations with people, and stay focused on the outcomes. I now manage full cycle recruiting across IT, Finance, Marketing, and Professional Services, while also developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The mix of sales and recruiting isn\'t something I planned, but it\'s become my strongest asset. I understand what clients need from both sides of the table. Whether that\'s leading a search, mentoring teammates, or finding better ways to improve our process. I\'m always looking at new tools and approaches, because this industry is truly adapt or be left behind. At the end of the day, what drives me is helping people. Putting someone back into the workforce, assisting someone to advance their career, or putting together a team that does meaningful work is what I truly love to do.Outside of work I\'m a huge Cleveland sports fan. I love being outside, lifting weights and trying craft beers or local food spots.
