About Shane Brinkerhoff
With over 30 years of experience in healthcare I have served in many clinical and operations leadership capacities. Starting my career as a respiratory therapist in Southern California I quickly discovered my passion in home care. Ever since 1996 I have led teams developing and growing businesses in the DME, Infusion, Home Health and Hospice industries. With a focus on quality patient care, my drive has always been strategic growth. Some highlights include new agency start ups, expansion, payer mix and gross margin drivers, clinician efficiencies, value based opportunities, acquisition, integration, CON development and scaling businesses. As a operations leader I have been focused on delivering quality care while also exceeding operational goals. As a strategy leader my focus has been on new and organic market development while leaning into margin drivers. My focus has always been on developing key internal relationships in order to promote and drive growth through exceptional clinical care.
