The opportunity is to build the perfect company for each other.\'\'- Simon SinekAfter completing my mechanical engineering studies, I felt a strong desire to discover the world and moved to West Africa. Despite the unexpected challenges that came up along the way, I built several enterprises, first in Burkina Faso, then in Ivory Coast. I especially achieved the two objectives that mattered the most to me: creating jobs and developing greener, more sustainable ways to set up projects.Back in Quebec, I started a MBA and an Executive Coach certification. I offer my services as a Construction Project Manager, in order to make complex projects successful, faster. I like keeping a close contact with the field. I also enjoy the trust my clients put in me, as well as the autonomy that results from it. I lead my teams with energy and empathy, relying on my emotional intelligence to unite everyone around a common goal. Parallel to my activities, I teach the innovative management methods I used in my own companies to a small group of ambitious professionals.I know how to keep busy, but the sacred fire goes out sometimes!
