Update Content Studio Smartsheet status document daily/weekly and coordinate with Team Leads • Serve as main point of contact for production partners (especially if there is no agency) for final file specs & delivery questions • Organize and centralize final project files from production partners • Upload contracts, creative briefs, estimates and project- based documents from Campaign Management team into BOX • Support Project Manager in opening Outdoor budgets with Campaign Management Team • Upload print OOH assets, media partnership content and web banners into Digital Asset Management System (DAM) • Update expiration dates within the DAM/Content Management System (CMS) • Create and distribute Expiration Date reports • Manage company-wide stock photo library and respond to questions and inquiries • Work closely with VP, Production Services to research premium items, including costs and vendors and tracking inventory, including internal on-line store • Work closely with SVP, Marketing & Branding to assist with billing, estimates, contracts and organizing in BOX folders • Coordinate approvals, asset files, and campaign stats needed for event marketing materials
