Industry: SaaS (Offered to banking & financial Main Responsibility: Design, develop, and manage the UI/UX of our Research Portal SaaS offering.Day to day tasks may include:• Leading and advocating efficient UX through interdepartmental consultations. • Heading client/user UX workshops with BA’s, thus revealing & visualising key project requirements. • User requirement gathering with the assistance of a product committee and client/user feedback. • Designing portal features and implementing our multi-device UI into the dev stack. • Adhering to strict client brand guidelines whilst implementing a unique re-skin of our portal. • Pairing with developers on UI best practice, as well as adding an additional Front-End resource.• Communicating with QA regarding test cases, user journeys, and defect resolution. • Dissecting client provided mock-ups into business requirements; using these requirements to start further feasibility discussions with project managers, business analysts, and developers. • Managing all UX expectations on a portal project rollout. • Collaborating with the Product team on additional features in Salesforce. • Status meetings with Project Managers/CS/SE/QA/External Stakeholders. • Email template design/development/training, advising on email best practice.
