I am a driven professional with 7+ years of human resources and talent acquisition experience. I have managed the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles within the manufacturing industry: from entry-level, corporate functions, niche engineering, to Director and VP level roles. Recruiting isn\'t always easy, but that\'s what makes it fun! I pride myself in going above and beyond for my employer and for myself. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and encourage challenges. I am a 2018 Kent State University BBA Cum Laude graduate and plan to begin studies toward earning my MBA in the near future as I continue to gain hands-on experience in my current role.
