G. Shandeepan is working with Doctors For You in the capacity of Director for Skill development. He is currently managing multiple CSR projects in national level which are sponsored by Diversey, HSBC, Swadesh, CII foundation, BrilaSoft, PTC, SIAM and Pesico. In past has managed international response in Nepal Earthquake and Multiple national/regional level responses which includes responses for Earthquake, floods, landslides/flash floods and violence. He holds a double masters, his second masters was in the field of Diplomacy, Law and Business. Previously he had worked in O.P. Jindal University where he was working under International Human Rights lawyer. During the tenure in university, he was associated with human rights center and was part of the ‘International Law and Public Policy’ course program held in Somerville College, Oxford University UK. In addition, Shandeepan was also part of Humanitarian NGO which was playing a key role in the civilian Protection in Mindanao Conflict Ceasefire between Government of Philippine and Morro Islamic Liberation Force.
