My RoleI am the Founding Product Designer at Teach Edison, where I build our B2B test-prep platform from scratch. My role is to transform the operational complexity of a tutoring business into a streamlined, professional tool.What I\'ve BuiltI design the core system for three key users: the Business Admin, the Tutor, and their Student. Each needs a different interface to the same goal: effective teaching and measurable progress.Beyond the user-facing platform, I\'ve also architected the internal system for our Content Team. This is where subject matter experts source, create, and manage the educational content that is packaged into subscriptions and sold through the platform. I designed the complete workflow that turns raw content into a sellable product.How I WorkMy process turns real user pain into a structured, connected system.I start by sitting with product managers and leadership. We dig into user stories and diagnose the exact pain points in the existing product. This grounds every decision in real need.Then, I move to the structure. I ideate on layouts and flows, ensuring all user needs are covered. My key differentiator is system thinking—I don\'t design isolated screens. I design the connections. I map how every piece relates across the platform, ensuring consistency and logic from the Admin panel to the Student view.The outcome is more than screens; it’s a delivered flow—a clear, interconnected pathway that solves the core problem and is ready to build.My ExpertiseI specialize in zero-to-one product design, operational SaaS, and building logic into interfaces. My focus is on creating tools that feel simple because the underlying system—for both users and internal teams—is sound.
