For our team data matters, we consistently strive to evolve our manner of sourcing great talent and we demonstrate consistency in tracking as well as understanding our own performance metrics and KPIs.Across the globe, I focus on Strategic Sourcing plans formed by EA strategy, to highlight talent for our business priorities as well as market forces to design highly effective talent strategies. Business Partners are key to our success as a Sourcing function and with this, I strive to partner and consult in order to guide our senior leaders’ sourcing strategies and perspectives.As apart of the leadership team I have been involved in the redesign of the sourcing function for EA. As part of this initiative, I have collaborated with business leaders to drive a proactive and diverse approach to talent sourcing, develop innovative Sourcing practices, and implement cutting-edge strategies for candidate sourcing using advanced technologies and social networking. Playing a key role in refining our processes, AI integrations, and assessments, as well as establishing strong partnerships with senior leaders to guide them in adopting best practices and navigating the evolving talent landscape.
