Responsible for writing performance reviews•Talent Management - Recruit and hire talent, create long-term career opportunities for team, plan back-ups/ resources for continued growth. Also, build team members self- confidence, contextual knowledge and take action when performance does meet expectation•Project Management - Work on HR Operations key initiatives, including workload transition, and projects as assigned. Manage projects with timeline tracking, and delivering on schedule• Interact with senior management in Minneapolis and Bangalore to present key projects and initiatives.•Reporting - Develop and analyze reporting to manage team performance. Use reports to proactively identify business critical issues. Enable volume reduction for team by addressing root cause of issues
