I am a quality assurance leader and data-driven strategist passionate about building high-quality, user-centric products. My experience spans both fast-paced tech environments and highly regulated biotech settings—where I\'ve had the opportunity to shape not only testing practices but also foundational product governance frameworks.At Genmab, a global biotech innovator, I lead AI Product Validation efforts within the Data, Digital and AI organization. I’ve had the privilege of defining the company’s first AI Risk Management Framework, focused on ensuring responsible, compliant, and high-performing AI/ML models. I also designed a modernized Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that integrated AI/ML development phases, risks, GxP compliance, and scalable governance practices across the product lifecycle. Prior to Genmab, I worked at Limitless, a Cloud based AI offering that augments human memory, as Lead QA. I used \"Golden Datasets\" to evaluate and track the quality of LLM generated responses. As part of a hackathon project, I engineered a performance monitoring solution that provided real time metrics from end-user devices. This went on become a feature in followup releases and it was instrumental in detecting and triaging issues.At Peloton, I established QA processes that led to a 30x increase in user ratings while acheiving a 66% reduction in test effort. I’m known for pioneering innovative test strategies for complex systems and for scaling QA teams with a strong focus on efficiency, collaboration, and impact.Technically, I bring experience in Python and Swift-based automation frameworks. I’m also continuing my journey in AI/ML through formal coursework in machine learning, regression models, and applied AI—because great validation starts with understanding the technology you\'re validating.I\'m always exploring new ways to raise the bar on quality—through better testing, better processes, and above all, better alignment with user and business needs.
