About Shana Mojica
I work with teams to design effective, engaging learning experiences for children that spark excitement about learning. With 15+ years of experience developing education solutions for children and their families across digital media, physical products, and classroom instruction, I\'ve achieved success by identifying and magnifying the strengths and passions of people, whether they are children or adults. As a creative, data-driven strategist committed to leveraging best practices in learner-centered design to reshape the way we approach early childhood education, I challenge the dichotomies that persist (neurotypical vs. neurodivergent, hard vs. soft skills, academics vs. the arts, screen-free vs. screen time) and successfully support teams to innovate at the intersection of media, education, and technology.
