ABOUT SHANAIS SHANA HILLIARD
Shanais Hilliard (pronounced “Shah-nah-eas Hill-yerd”) is the Diversity and Belonging Program Leader at CSC, where she spearheads initiatives to foster a culture of inclusion, equity, and belonging across the organization. Under her leadership, the program has earned three company awards, recognizing its impact on colleague engagement and corporate culture. In recognition of her efforts, Shana received the 2023 Technical.ly Culture Builder of the Year award for her contributions to diversity and belonging.An employee since 2011, Shana previously managed the Marketing Database Leads Team, where she developed a high-performing leads engine that powers the company’s Legal and Corporate sales success.A founding member of CSC\'s Black Employee Network, she is also actively involved in the companies Employee Activities Team. Her commitment to mentorship has spanned roles at Eastside Elementary School, Delaware State University, and Boys and Girls Club Delaware.In addition to her professional contributions, Shana has volunteered with several organizations including Special Olympics Delaware, The MS Foundation, Horizon House, and the Ministry of Caring, demonstrating her passion for community service.She holds a BA in English from Widener University, and in her free time enjoys painting, reading, and playing basketball. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, and previously from Delaware County, PA, Shana now resides in Claymont, Delaware with her partner and youngest son.
