As the Program Director at Quantum LEEP Academy and LEEP Forward I am an integral member of the administration team, leading efforts to create and implement innovative academic programs for students ranging from Preschool to 12th grade. My core responsibility is to design and facilitate tailored curricula, ensuring that each child\'s unique needs are met, fostering a holistic educational experience.At LEEP Forward, we prioritize meeting students at their individual points in their academic journey, incorporating state standards, providing personalized classroom instruction, and concentrating on specific student goals. Beyond academics, we emphasize the real-world applications of our classroom content, ensuring families understand the practical implications of our educational approach.A strong advocate of the DIR therapy play-based model, I actively engage with students both individually and in groups to support their social-emotional development. Additionally, I contribute to staff training and continuing education, ensuring our team remains equipped to provide optimal care for our students.In my role as Program Director, I am instrumental in various aspects of school operations. This includes playing a key role in interviewing and onboarding new staff, providing support to new families, maintaining open communication channels with families, conducting academic assessments, and assisting students and families during transitions to new environments. I take great pride in being part of a dedicated team committed to delivering the highest quality education and support for our students.
