ABOUT SHANA STREHLOW
In my role as a Corporate HR Generalist with Hoffmaster Group Inc. I manage the full cycle recruitment and on-boarding process for all Corporate and plant level salaried positions to include job postings, applicant outreach, interviewing, offers, screenings, new hire documentation and system set up and orientation. I am also responsible for authoring and maintaining up to date job descriptions, EEO/Affirmative Action reporting and coordinating Training and Development initiatives. I am passionate about employee engagement, culture and process improvement. I was previously a Recruiter with Adecco, which specializes in high volume manufacturing and clerical recruiting. I was responsible for the full employee management process; including recruitment, interviewing, job placement, payroll, Workers Comp, career counseling, and terminations. I graduated with honors from UW Oshkosh with a degree in Human Resources and Finance. This has given me a well rounded business education including human resources strategy and accounting and budgeting practices.
