As Director of Strategic Partnerships and Programs, I lead Aspire Youth Development\'s Workforce Development strategies for our Young Mothers Career Empowerment Program, Young Adult Career Initiative, Emerging Professionals Services and other initiatives. My goals is preparing young adults for success in the workforce. I lead workplace skills seminars, provide employment solutions, liaise with government and training providers and facilitate networking & educational events. My role also includes developing public/private workforce development strategies through non-profit, higher education, industry and government partnerships. Overall I seek to develop innovative, collaborative solutions to some of today\'s toughest workforce development challenges through both individualized and systematic approaches.
