Lead on all project details from vendor negotiations, proposals, WBS, contractual agreements, budgets, communications, execution, post-event ROI tracking, and wrap-up reports. Train and advise clients and their teams on how to use web services, CRM’s, metrics, and setting Key Performance Indicators to increase efficiency, adding an average of 20+ hours a week. Evaluate as-is technology and development structure as to conduct workload assessment, identify duplicative services and functions and uncover efficiencies via a change management plan. Eliminating redundant processes and tasks through process improvement; led to securing double the funds of more than $2M.
