I am a positive, motivated and enthusiastic person who is embracing all of the opportunities this business has in store. As an experienced Labor and Delivery nurse at a major Boston hospital, I have developed expert critical thinking skills, the ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and effective time management skills. The decision to expand into the world of insurance came about as my way to find some work/life balance and create financial security all while being present for my family. The time freedom I am working for now is one of the greatest gifts I could give them.

   Labor and Delivery is one of the most vulnerable and intimate settings in the hospital. I completely enjoy caring for mothers as they bring new life into the world. This is intense and highly rewarding work and I have spent the last 19 years practicing, learning and fine tuning my skills. The personal and professional relationships I develop with patients and colleagues are just one of my strengths. Assessing people and situations, preparing for possible emergencies, advocating for the best possible outcomes, collaborating with some of the greatest minds in the medical profession, and comforting people at their highest and lowest have made me a well rounded human and a strong member of the incredible nursing community.
