With over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, leadership development, and strategic consulting, I guide high-performing individuals through meaningful change—helping them get from where they are to where they want to go, and become who they need to be to get there.My coaching blends mindset work with actionable business strategy. I help clients gain clarity, build resilience, and align their daily habits with their long-term vision. Together, we navigate challenges, elevate confidence, and create systems that support both personal fulfillment and professional success. My approach is practical, strategic, and grounded in the belief that success starts with self-leadership.Beyond coaching, I co-founded the Christopher Walden Foundation of Hope, a nonprofit providing vital recovery services for Alaskans. I’m a lifelong Alaskan, a mom, and an outdoor enthusiast—often adventuring with my partner Justin and our dog, always committed to living a life of purpose, health, and balance.
