More than 26 years of experience in the transportation infrastructure industry. Recent accomplishments include, building the young Naik Highway Division to deliver high profile contracts to the clients including NJDOT as a Prime Consultant. The young civil/highway group is currently delivering the promises to clients with high quality products.In addition, I have had the opportunity to be part of some unique projects through out my carrier. Listed below are some of the most representative projects that I have worked on:•Responsible for the Highway Design and the management of two major interchanges over interstate highways. Inter-County Connector- Design Build Project, 7.2-mile, six-lane freeway on new Alignment (Construction Cost $479 million). •Performed the design for the Bridge Deck Drainage (HEC 21) of a 9,500 foot long, mid-level bridge with an overall project cost of $650 million.•Responsible for the Civil design (Highway/Traffic) and construction support services for a $130 million 1,600 ft. long 65 ft. high concrete segmental bridge and all its access ramps.This bridge has earned awards from FHWA/ACEC & ASCE.•Designed a Stormwater Treatment System and its component for a $407 million project, which also included providing permit, contractual design drawings specification/cost estimate and preparing Stormwater Treatment System Maintenance Program.•Designed and managed of an urban retrofit roundabout with two state road connections (The first of its kind in the State of NJ). https://trid.trb.org/View/868721•Develop a report with recommendations on improving Coastal Evacuation Routes for 26 miles of coastline in Monmouth County, NJ in case of a category or higher hurricane.(Studied performed prior to Hurricane Sandy)•Provided traffic engineering for Integration of Light Rail Transit into existing city street system which included the development of a microsimulation model. Additional work included analyzing priority phasing for several downtown signals, simulation of bus transit alternatives and providing prototypical traffic signal plans.•Evaluated the impacts of converting several one-way streets into two-way streets with analysis of over 100 intersections with re-distributed traffic, re-timed signals to alleviate expected congestions.
