About Shan Stavropoulos
I am an Omaha native who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Family Sciences (UNO) and Textiles, Clothing & Design (UNL). I began my career in retail at the age of sixteen. My credentials include merchandising at an upscale boutique, Nouvelle Eve and a career in visual merchandising for the second-largest mall developer in the United States. I am the owner and creator of Luvbird Boutique, an original, Omaha boutique that combines a beguiling collection of whimsical and chic silhouettes with affordable price points. Fashion is one of my passions as my creativity extends beyond the world of dance, where I have been recognized nationally for my choreography and captured gold at the UDA National Dance Team Championship, the country’s leading high school dance competition.
