As a strategic c-suite technology leader, I showcase sharp business instincts and big-picture perspective to develop future-ready organizations in a digital era. Across SaaS, FinTech, Consumer, and Health-Tech industries, I remained responsible for the organization’s long-term digital vision and the subsequent execution of the transformation efforts. Disruption: I led mandates to drive disruptive technology innovation & transformation, create high ROI IT modernization roadmaps, as well as transform existing business models and ways of working. Innovative Integration: I integrate customer sensing and insights with operational capability improvements with focus on the highest-priority innovations. For example, I represented Satellite Healthcare at Whitehouse for 2019 CMS BlueButton 2.0 conference to drive health-tech innovation. Commercial Acumen: I was always entrusted to optimize efficiencies, strengthen compliance, mitigate risks, and improve the bottom line. To ready organization for an IPO, I established Global IT, SaaS Operations, Security/Compliance, and Facilities organizations. I have turned around underperforming customer-facing SaaS operations and improved SaaS applications performance. Pioneering Technology: Through the Cloud-First initiatives at CallidusCloud and Satellite Healthcare, I improved efficiencies, securing millions in ROI by transitioning to NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics cloud platform (ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, etc.), Talent Management and RPA. I introduced SD-WAN, Data Analytics on Azure Cloud, along with Unified Communications Technology, and Virtual Patient Visits. I also setup 24x7 security operations center (SOC) and Cybersecurity program at CallidusCloud, Satellite and Linksys. High-Tech Integration: To accelerate change at SAP, I led due diligence for 12 M&A and Partnerships, including full IT integration of 8 acquisitions in 18 months. Furthermore, I re-engineered business processes and consolidated 12+ disparate internal applications, to enable the company\'s growth and M&A strategy. People and Capability Building: I unlock potential in individuals―and teams via inspirational mentorship. As a DE & I advocate, I am dedicated to opening opportunities for under-represented populations, breaking down barriers, and acting as an agent of change.
