Solution Architect within our UK Salesforce BU. I help our trusted customers unlock the potential of the Salesforce platform and extract real business value by thought leadership, industry and technology best practises, scalable and agile design principles and first class user experiences.Lead Consultant for UK Public Sector Services Cloud (PSS), Financial Services Cloud (FSC) & CPQ (Revenue Cloud). As a Solution Architect for AXA Global Healthcare I led the discovery, design and implementation of numerous Salesforce Sales, Service, Community & Marketing cloud projects for all Business Areas, including Individual, SME, Large Corporates and Risk & Compliance. These projects have resulted in increased revenue through lead prioritisation and conversion, faster and accurate quote generation and 360 degree account planning. These projects have also decreased operational costs by bringing productivity and efficiency through automation and improved customer service tooling. We reduced the risk exposure and potential fines as a result of building a risk rules engine directly in Salesforce imbedded in the sales processes.Solution Architect for London & Partners I led the discovery, design and implementation of multiple Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Community cloud projects for different Business Areas, including Grow London Local and Visit London. These projects have resulted in business process improvements, deeper reporting and transparency as well as productivity and efficiency which has helped L&P achieve it\'s targets and provided small London Business\'s the support it needs to be more financially resilient. I\'m the account / relationship manager and duties include resource planning, contracts, invoicing, reporting, business development and networking.Solution Architect for McLaren Automotive I led the discovery and design for the implementation of Salesforce CPQ, replacing a legacy in house solution.
