Oversight of all areas of advancement at the College —a young institution serving 86 students, 150 alumni, 80 staff, and a global donor community• Trained and motivated team to raise $18.61M from donors — beating previous record set in FY17 during my first tenure at Zaytuna• Increased team size, adding dedicated stewardship and annual giving positions; built training modules and mentorship pathways to accelerate performance• Launched International Giving and secured nonprofit status in Canada and the UK; significantly expanded the planned giving program through targeted education and analytics‑informed marketing resulting in $1M+ in booked planned gifts• Increased gifts resulted in new acquisitions, endowed funds, and major campus upgrades• Evaluating and implementing AI tools to make team members more successful and focus their time on value-added activities• Partner with the Board and Investment Committee to transition to an OCIO model, update IPS, and realign endowment spend and distribution policies• Serve on the College’s Strategic Planning Committee to imagine and implement Zaytuna 2.0
