As head of India team, I currently lead multiple teams across diverse domains including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Enterprise Architecture, Global Communication Management, Generative AI, Automation, and enterprise reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, CELONIS, BOBJ, COGNOS, and MENDIX.• As Head of Operations, I oversee large-scale enterprise solutions and server administration activities, ensuring seamless data integration, business solutions delivery, and the management of reporting and visualization platforms.• I have successfully led and managed teams working with major technologies such as SAP HANA, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, Tableau, COGNOS, Business Objects, SAP AFO, MENDIX, and AEM.• At the outset, I established multiple teams for the new Global Delivery Centre (GDC), building a workforce including Data Engineers, Visualization Experts, Data Analysts, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Product Owners, and Data Analytics Managers. These teams were designed to support diverse business domains such as Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, People Analytics, and Business Intelligence.
