ABOUT SHAMRAGGY CHAURASIA

With a foundation in Business Administration (Finance & HR) and experience in client-facing sales, I’ve had the opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, communication, and business growth. In my current role at a leading radio advertising firm, I collaborate with brands to craft campaigns that connect, convert, and deliver value — while consistently meeting revenue goals. This hands-on exposure to real-world business challenges sparked a deeper curiosity in the numbers behind decision-making — leading me to pursue the US CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification. Through this, I’m building expertise in cost management, financial analysis, and strategic planning, with a long-term vision of transitioning into the finance domain. I bring with me the perspective of someone who understands both the client side and the internal workings of business — blending financial acumen with executional insight. My interests lie in exploring how financial data can shape smarter strategies and sustainable growth. Beyond the workplace, I’ve led multiple initiatives in college — from placement coordination to event promotions — which have helped me develop strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.
